Shift Leader

Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls is hiring for shift leads for immediate opportunities.

Our shift leads will be responsible for waiting on and serving guests, making food to fill their needs while maintaining our safe food guidelines and keeping our restaurant clean and safe.

• Must be available on Weekends.
• Day and Evening Shifts.

Our shift leads pool their tips so their paychecks are considerably better than other jobs in the area. Last week our leads made $20.77/hr. * (incl. their tips)

• MUST BE 21 years old.
• Prefer Open Availability.
• PLEASE only apply if have current restaurant trainer or management position. You must have this experience to be considered

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 21+ years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Management skills: supervising employees
